Talk therapy sessions can be online or at my office location:

60 minute teletherapy or in-person sessions are $200 per session.

45 minute teletherapy or in-person sessions are $185 per session.

Sessions for walk/run/talk therapy are 45 minutes or 1 hour. Fee depends on location and ranges from $185-$200.

Sessions may be held online if needed (due to inclement weather, illness, or injury).

Sessions typically range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes. All ART sessions are $250 per session.

We do not accept insurance at this time. Insurance plans can set limits on how you receive therapy and we prefer to work with you without such limitations.

We do accept HSA and FSA insurance cards for payment. We can provide an invoice if you have out of network benefits and need to submit this to your insurance plan for reimbursement. Insurance plans that offer out of network benefits typically reimburse about 80%, but some require meeting a deductible first. Reimbursement rates and deductibles vary greatly depending on plans, so we suggest calling your plan to find out more information.

We have a certain amount of openings for those who require a sliding scale fee. This can be discussed in your free consultation.
