You are struggling with being a new mom and you don’t feel like yourself. You are trying to understand your hormonal changes. You have worries about parenting. Maybe it has become harder to get things done, communicate with your partner, and enjoy life. Rebecca (she/her) loves working with people navigating motherhood, parenting, teens (12+) and adults with ADHD and anxiety. She helps people navigate struggles in the workplace, school, and wherever needed. In your work together, you will focus on both the practical and emotional pieces and build tools that actually work for you. As a multicultural therapist and someone who identifies as Latina, Rebecca brings an understanding of diverse families and individuals. Rebecca is collaborative and client-centered; she adapts therapy to your needs, whether that means slowing down and holding space or actively building coping skills and strategies you can use right away.

Rebecca is a licensed clinical social worker who graduated with a Masters in Social Work at Hunter College in 2017. She is originally from Long Island and is currently located in West Orange, New Jersey. Rebecca has the ability to see residents of New York virtually and will soon be able to do walk and talk therapy outdoors in Northern New Jersey. Rebecca’s number one hobby is reading. She also finds herself busy being a mom of two kids.
